- Protecting the environment and preventing pollution, this includes compliance with current environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Making use of environmentally friendly materials and processes, considering technical, economic, and quality aspects
- Grading, sorting and reduction of waste
- Analysis and preventative measures taken to avoid accidents
- Attaining the highest possible customer satisfaction through compliance with their needs and requirements
- Maintaining efficient and flexible case management for all customer inquiries
- Cultivating an environment of highly qualified, competent, and motivated employees to ensure the levels of quality and environmental standards of the company are reached. This also applies to any agents.
- Continuous follow-up regarding delivery performance and deviations
- Appraisal, including risk assessment, of all new tasks to ensure that they are suitable for our production equipment and that we have the necessary capabilities to achieve the required result.

- Continuous review and development of the quality and environmental management system, meeting the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015/14001: 2015, to ensure the improvement of quality and environmental performance.
